Mayor of Charnwood Dr Julie Bradshaw MBE Supporting BBC Radio Team for Children in Need
The Mayor of Charnwood, Councillor Dr. Julie Bradshaw MBE, is using her swimming expertise to support BBC Children in Need 2024.
BBC radio stations across the UK are swapping their studios for swimming pools as they take on The Thousand Mile Challenge. Teams will attempt to swim 24 miles each, adding up to 1,000 miles in total, which is 64,000 lengths of a 25-metre pool!
