BBC Radio Cumbria’s Kevin Fernihough Seeks Swim Advice from the ‘Expert’
On Thursday 25th September, Dr. Julie Bradshaw joined BBC Radio Cumbria presenter Kevin Fernihough ‘FERN’ at the start of his swim challenge in Windermere, to raise money for Jigsaw, Cumbria’s Children’s Hospice. Julie watched along with others, as Fern successfully completed his 500m swim in the lake with a support team in the water with him. £1100 was raised for the charity. What next Fern, the English Channel?!
