Children In Need: Loughborough University Athletics Stadium 4th November 2025
On 4th November 2025, the 3 Legged Walk Challenge in aid of Children in Need began at the Paula Radcliffe Athletics Stadium, Loughborough University.
Ady Dayman of BBC Radio Leicester along with his colleague Zoe, began the first mile of the 25 mile challenge, watched by supporters and other onlookers.
Dr Julie Bradshaw MBE offered some words of encouragement to those taking part, having been part of last year’s Thousand Mile Charity event for Children in Need when she was Mayor of Charnwood.
Julie, fondly known as ‘Madfish’ blew the whistle to start the event whilst the drums sounded and got both Ady and Zoe into rhythm along with their partners both students from the University.
